Conditions:
The auditor's role is to report factual findings and form an independent opinion on the compliance of the costs declared in Final Financial Report with the provisions of the grant agreement/decision. In this context, it is crucial that the Agency specifies in detail the procedures to be undertaken and that the auditor reports the factual findings observed as a result of performing those procedures, including the eligibility of costs and exceptions
